Roger Ferguson also uses the standards set by (NACHI) National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Roger Ferguson also has several years of experience in the commercial construction field.

Commercial / Indrustrial Inspection

Commercial / Industrial inspections are equally important for the prospective buyer or seller. we provide property condition assessments for offices, retail, industrial buildings, and distribution centers. We identify areas of concern specific to commercial use property using a software developed by Inspectvue. Our reports are quickley made available to our client using a computer generated report complete with digital pictures for maxium clarity and understanding. This evaluation will give you the edge you need to make a sound decision.

Depending upon the complexity of the property, third party consultants (contractor, engineer, fire prevention, elevator inspector, termite, pest control, etc.) may be contracted by Integrity One Inspection Service at the request of our Client. These cost are additional to the basic inspection fee.
